Synopsis

Leader in diabetes care is looking for an experienced diabetes care educator, based in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

Undergraduate degree in healthcare
Diabetes certified course
3 - 5 years in diabetes clinic / education

Role Description

Up-skill the diabetes sales team through training and education on disease entity and Diabetes Management Systems.
Group training and education within all the diabetes Sales channels on disease entity and Diabetes Management Systems in South Africa and selected Sub-Sahara Countries.
Interaction and relationship building with Therapeutic Area Experts involved in Diabetes management.
Representation of client at local, and if required international congresses.
Perform basic complaint management functions which includes but is not limited to receiving a case from the customer and reporting it to the Diabetes Care call centre for capturing and investigating.
Handle Insulin Delivery Systems queries on a rotation basis
Training and education to healthcare professionals on the Insulin Delivery Systems portfolio
