Synopsis

Well known pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced training manager.


Minimum Requirements

Life Sciences diploma/degree
Strong facilitation skills/people skills
Relevant applicable Facilitator/Training qualification an advantage
Strong intercommunication skills
Computer literate
Financial knowledge
Well spoken
Minimum of 3 years’ experience training in the pharmaceutical industry


Role Description

Identify training needs and develop appropriate training interventions in order to meet training and development needs of the business
Develop and implement learning strategies
Design, develop, implement and review learning material
To facilitate learning using various training methodologies in order to transfer knowledge and skills optimally for existing sales representatives
To continuously benchmark, research and recommend best practices with regards to training and development and update knowledge on products and selling skills
To train external customers according to business needs
Keep up to date records of manuals given to Agents and Reps
Keep up to date records of all "functions/training sessions" held
Compile and submit monthly training report to Head of training
Bi-annual Training feedback to Reps and Sales Managers
